1. Introduction
Welcome to HSO Lux. These Terms and Conditions delineate the regulations governing the utilization of our exotic car rental services. By availing yourself of a vehicle from HSO Lux, you consent to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
HSO Lux furnishes exotic car rentals, proffering customers the choice to remunerate a daily fee for specific vehicles or opt from our membership packages with additional perks.
3. Payment
Payments must be remitted in advance before availing of daily rental services. Our membership packages offer the option of monthly or annual fee remittals. A security deposit ranging from $2,000 to $5,000, contingent upon the vehicle, is requisite at the time of collection.
4. Included Miles & Taxes
Customers are entitled to 100 complimentary miles per day. Any additional miles will incur a charge of $5 per mile. All prices include taxes.
5. Booking and Availability
All vehicle bookings are subject to availability. HSO Lux does not warrant the availability of vehicles upon request and recommends early bookings.
6. Vehicle Return
All vehicles must be returned at the prearranged date and time. Late returns will incur extra charges.
7. Vehicle Condition
Upon return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as it was at the inception of the rental period. Damages or any additional wear and tear will be charged to the customer.
8. Insurance
Customers must present valid insurance documentation encompassing comprehensive and collision coverage for renting exotic vehicles at the time of vehicle collection. HSO Lux does not provide insurance and renounces any liability for damages or liabilities incurred during the rental period.
9. Cancellation
24-hour notice before cancellation. No cancellation fee if notified 24 hours before. A $500 Charge will be applied if canceled in less than 24 hours.
10. Limitation of Liability
HSO Lux disclaims liability for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from using our rental vehicles.
11. Amendments
HSO Lux reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions anytime. Users are accountable for staying apprised of any alterations.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of California.
